Commercial lpg cylinders cheaper: In the first quarter of the country’s GDP, the government has given relief to the people only on the early day of the month of December 1, amidst spectacular performance and GST reform. The price of aircraft fuel was reduced by 1.4 percent on Monday, while commercial LPG cylinders became cheaper by Rs 51.50. This deduction was done due to a decrease in global standard rates.

Government gave relief to the public

Government fuel retail vendors said that the price of aircraft fuel (ATF) in the national capital has come down by Rs 1,308.41 per kiloliter, or 1.4 percent to Rs 90,713.52 per kilo. This reduction occurred from July 1 after two consecutive monthly increase in prices. This price deduction will reduce the burden on commercial airlines, for which about 40 percent of the fuel operating cost. There was no immediate comment from the airlines in this regard.

The price of ATF in Mumbai was reduced from Rs 86,077.14 to Rs 84,832.83 per kiloliter. Prices are different in each city based on local taxes like VAT.

Along with this, oil companies have reduced the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder used in hotels and restaurants by Rs 51.50. The price of commercial LPG cylinder in the national capital is now Rs 1,580. This is the sixth consecutive cut in the prices of commercial LPG. Since April, the price in the cuts made six times has reduced by Rs 223 per cylinder. However, the price of domestic use LPG was unchanged for 14.2 kg cylinders at Rs 853.

It is worth noting that even before this, the government had made commercial cylinders cheaper. This directly affects the shops, because their fuel cost decreases.
