Price of products decreased

The new prices will be effective from September 22. The Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Association (GCMMF) announced the reduction of the price of more than 700 product packs in a statement, which will give full benefit of GST deduction to its customers. This amendment will be effective from September 22, 2025.

GCMMF said, “This amendment has been made in product categories like butter, ghee, UHT milk, ice cream, cheese, chocolate, bakery products, frozen dairy and potato snacks, condensed milk, peanuts, malt -based drinks. According to the statement,” According to the statement, “Butter (100 grams of 100 grams) has been reduced from Rs 62 to Rs 62 … The price has come down by Rs 40 to Rs 610 per liter. ‘

Benefits started reaching people

Similarly, the maximum retail price of Amul processed cheese block (one kg) has come down by Rs 30 to Rs 545 per kg. The new maximum retail price of Frozen Paneer (200 grams) will be Rs 95, which is currently Rs 99.

The statement said, “Amul believes that prices reduction will increase dairy products, especially ice cream, cheese and butter, as their per capita consumption in India is still very low.” Earlier, Mother Dairy also announced to reduce the price of her products from 22 September.
