A. Educational Qualification

Additional Benefits:

Job Responsibilities (Scope of Work)
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Data Analysis & Management:
- Collecting, validating, and analyzing complex datasets.
- Cleaning and preparing data for reporting.
- Quantitative Modeling & Reporting:
- Developing statistical models, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations for decision-making.
- Project Support:
- Assisting in workshops, project planning, and risk assessment.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Liaising with different departments to understand data needs.
- Presenting findings in a clear and structured manner.
Terms & Conditions
A. Contract Duration
- Initial engagement: 1 year (extendable based on performance).
B. Working Hours
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break).
- Biometric attendance is mandatory.
- May be required to work on holidays/weekends if necessary.
C. Leave Policy
- 1.5 days of paid leave per month (no accumulation or encashment).
D. Termination & Resignation
- Resignation: Requires 1 month notice or salary in lieu.
- Termination: NESTS may terminate the contract without prior notice if performance is unsatisfactory.
- Automatic Termination: Absence for 8+ consecutive days without notice leads to termination.
E. Confidentiality & Conflict of Interest
- Strict confidentiality of data is mandatory.
- No external assignments allowed during the contract period.
