After a review meeting with senior officials, including the District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police, Pandey led a foot march in the major market areas of Govind Nagar and Kotwali to reassure the residents. Mathura Senior Superintendent of Police Shlok Kumar said that the city has been divided into zones and sectors and each zone will be monitored by a senior gazetted officer. Additional forces, PAC, RAF and other special units have been deployed from outside districts.
