Eligibility Criteria

2. Educational Qualification & Experience

A. Manager (Technical) – E3

  • Qualification: You must have completed a full-time Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Naval Architecture with at least 60% marks. If you belong to the SC category, a minimum of 55% marks is required.
  • Experience: 9+ years in shipbuilding/repairs (Govt/PSU/private sector).

B. Project Superintendent (Technical) – FTC

  • Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with 60% marks.
  • Experience: 18+ years in ship/submarine construction.

C. Deputy Project Officer (HR)

  • Qualification: Graduate + PG in HR/Law.
  • Experience: 2+ years in HR/IR/legal matters.

Pay Scale & Benefits

1. Permanent Posts (Manager – E3)

  • Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (IDA)
  • CTC: Approx. ₹17.44 LPA (including DA, HRA, allowances).
  • Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical, Leave Encashment.

2. Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Posts
