2. Educational Qualification & Experience
A. Manager (Technical) – E3

- Experience: 9+ years in shipbuilding/repairs (Govt/PSU/private sector).
B. Project Superintendent (Technical) – FTC
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with 60% marks.
- Experience: 18+ years in ship/submarine construction.
C. Deputy Project Officer (HR)
- Qualification: Graduate + PG in HR/Law.
