Experts say that gold prices have increased in the atmosphere of tension due to weakness of rupee against the dollar, uncertainty arising from shutdown and tariff. However, the price reduction is also expected in the coming months.

How much is the price of gold and silver today?

According to the website of Guditurn’s, the price of 24 carat gold in India declined by Rs 65 to Rs 11,804 per gram. Similarly, the price of 22 carat gold has also reduced by Rs 60 to Rs 10,820 per gram. The price of 18 carat gold has been reduced to Rs 8,853 per gram with a decline of Rs 49.

However, even after this fall in prices on Friday and Saturday, gold prices remain close to record high levels. A day after Dussehra, there was some decline in silver prices in India on Friday. On Friday, the price of silver in India fell by Rs 151 per gram and Rs 1,51,000 per kg. Interestingly, despite the fall in the price of gold in India, the price of gold is being seen at the international level. This has increased its demand among investors as a safe investment.

Gold price in these cities today

In Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Kerala, Bangalore and Pune, the price of 24 carat gold today is Rs 11,940 per gram. While the price of 22 carat gold in these cities is Rs 10,945 per gram. The price of 24 carat gold in Chennai is Rs 11,946 and the price of 22 carat gold here is Rs 10,950. Today, the price of 24 carat gold in Delhi is the highest Rs 11,955 per gram and 22 carat gold is Rs 10,960 per gram.
